BSG is back tonight!!

So excited!

John got me seasons 2.0, 2.5 and 4.0 on DVD for our anniversary (completing my collection) and we watched the 4.0 special features last night. My personal favorite: Inside the Secrets of the Behind the Making of the Music of Battlestar Galactica: Revealed, a hilarious little mini-mockumentary from Bear McCreary on the music of BSG (including such gems as Edward James Olmos growling like a bear and James Callis improvising his own Baltar theme music). Priceless!

So help me, I will not be at work late tonight, I can tell you that! Oh, and if you're DVRing it tonight, remember to set it to go over, because it's supposed to run long.

Only 10 hours left and counting...

upgraded!

So, I was going over our cruise docs this morning, making sure we had everything for that leg of the trip, and I noticed the stateroom number was different than what I had written down originally.

So I called Disney on my lunch break and found out that we had been upgraded to a stateroom with sitting area and private verandah!! No idea why -- maybe our travel agent told them we were celebrating our 5th anniversary, or maybe it's something they do with first-time cruisers to try to get them to come back.

Either way, I'm even more stoked for the trip now!

I love this show, even as it pummels me for an hour until I surface and wonder what the heck just happened...

( SPOILERS! )

I don't know where it's going, but I know it'll probably hurt a lot more before we get to the end. And it'll be awesome.
