My brain might not recover enough from Lost to be completely with it when we watch BSG tonight...oh well.
My favorite theory so far regarding Charlotte is from

Interesting...but I still think Daniel should have given the Doctor Who "wibbley wobbley timey wimey" explanation to Sawyer. That would have been hilarious.
And I'm guessing the people who shot the flaming arrows and possibly the people Locke killed that were going to cut off Juliet's hand are the "hostile population" that Dr. Candle was always warning about in the Dharma videos. Speaking of whom, I wonder if we'll get more of his backstory this season. And Daniel working at Dharma?! But he didn't look any younger, so I wonder if he traveled back in time to get there?
My other question is, if the island is only moving through time, why did it disappear? It's not moving through enough time to have been in a completely different place in the ocean, so is it moving through space and time? Hmm...

So what happens if Desmond and Penny both go back to the island? My friend and I have this theory that Penny is preggers (sure looks like that in the season previews) and that she has the baby while in the 1970's time warp. But she's not supposed to be there, so the island rejects her and she finds a way to get off the island with the kid. And that baby grows up to be Charlotte who we already know has knowledge of the Dharma Initiative and the island, and Widmore chose her specifically for the trip which means he knows (of?) her. So in present-day LOST, Charlotte is all head-achey and bleeding because she is being unmade because her parents aren't on the island to give birth to her.
