And this one, this one was even better. Oh, the horror...the worst part was that this happened after 4pm, when I was all by myself in service and our dispatch department had already gone home for the day.

Turns out, dispatch couldn't reschedule her so they got an earful also. Le sigh, right? I just don't understand the concept people have that *yelling* at the person who has the power to help you will get anything done.
